The Care Aims Master Classes for Validated Trainers to support revalidation for 2026 will be run on Zoom. Choose one of the following dates:
Wednesday 17th December 2025 – 9.30pm – 12.30 pm
Thursday 15th January 2026 – 9.30am – 12.30pm or
Tuesday 20th January 2026 – 9.30am – 12.30pm
The main focus will be supporting a thinking environment where practitioners are equipped to think for themselves and feel more in control of their professional lives. Listening and witnessing others and holding on to “not knowing” for as long as possible to allow strengths, new ideas and collaborative action to emerge.
