Contracting meeting/call: We meet with agreed members of your team to discuss the project brief, outcomes, terms of reference, and a broad project structure; for smaller projects this may be a phone call. We do not charge for this meeting – it is always at our expense.
Proposal: We prepare a project proposal including the process, timescales and costs of the proposed project. We may offer you two or three options if this is possible within the project brief.
Finalising the Contract: If you decide to proceed with the project, we will have further discussions to refine the proposal and agree a final contract.
Process meetings: We build into the project regular opportunities for reviewing and reflecting on the progress and to renegotiate any aspect of the contract that needs to be adapted as we proceed.
Project Report: We always produce a report at the end of the project outlining the process, outcomes and recommendations for the future as well as a debrief about the project process.
