How we work

Getting started

Initial contact: We have a preliminary discussion about what you may gain from external consultancy and training. We only move forwards when we have established that we may be offer something useful.

Contracting meeting/call: We may meet with agreed members of your team to discuss the project brief, outcomes, terms of reference, and a broad project structure; for smaller projects this may be a phone call. We do not charge for this meeting – it is always at our expense.

Proposal: We will prepare a project proposal including the process, timescales and costs of the proposed project. We may offer you two or three options if this is possible within the project brief.

Getting going

Finalising the Contract: If you decide to proceed with the project, we will have further discussions or communication to refine the proposal and agree a start date.

Process meetings: We may build into the project regular opportunities for reviewing and reflecting on the progress and to renegotiate any aspect of the contract that needs to be adapted as we proceed.

Project Report: We produce a report at the end of any major consultancy project, outlining the process, outcomes and recommendations for the future as well as a debrief about the project process.
